We fully insure our shipments, so should an item get broken or damaged en-route, a quick phone call or Email to us will get the ball rolling. If by email, you need to send us a copy of your invoice, with the order & tracking #’s…include as many details as possible and uploading photos that clearly show the problem with the item. We will contact you within 24 – 48 hours. If the product is to be returned, we will email you a “Return Label” (Please note: we do NOT accept unauthorized returns. Use of the label is mandatory) Once the label arrives, you should send your item(s) back to us as soon as possible. When we have received your package, your return will be processed in 3 – 5 business days and then your refund will be issued in the form of a store credit or replacement sent out. (Insurance claims can take up to 45 – 60 days before pay out is made, usually in the same payment method you used.
